What are guilds and how do they work?

Guilds are groups of experts and enthusiasts specializing in a particular technology or area of development. Each guild is led by a guildmaster. Members meet regularly to discuss the latest developments, share experiences, and collaborate on joint projects. Additionally, every guild member is allocated dedicated time during working hours for training within the guild, ensuring they can fully leverage all available resources and growth opportunities.

Mobile development

  • Development for Android and iOS platforms, technologies such as Swift, Kotlin and React Native.

Desktop development

  • Application development for desktop platforms, includes technologies such as WPF and others.

DevOps Guild

  • Automate and optimize application deployment with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI and more.

UI/UX Guild

  • User experience and design, focused on creating an intuitive and efficient user interface.

Agile and project management

  • Methodologies and practices of agile development and effective project management.

Guild of Systems Engineering

  • Design, implementation and maintenance of complex systems and infrastructure.

Cult of Snake (Python)

  • Everything about Python programming, from the basics to advanced techniques.

C# .NET Guild:

  • Application development in C# and .NET ecosystem, including web, mobile and desktop applications.

Embedded Development

Development of embedded systems and applications for special devices and hardware.

Each guild focuses on a specific technological area, enabling us to effectively cultivate expertise and skills across various fields. To track which competencies we have mastered and identify areas for further development, we have implemented a competency model at Edhouse. This model also helps us plan individual training programs.
